We recommend submitting your application at least 4 weeks in advance. Space fills up quickly, especially during spring and summer months.
Use of the pavilion may be free or donation-based for community events, but certain types of rentals may incur a fee. Our team will follow up after your application is submitted to discuss details.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own setup. Limited electrical access is available on-site if requested in advance.
The pavilion is covered and can be used rain or shine. However, weather-related cancellations can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes—restrooms are located in the adjacent indoor event building during regular operating hours.
Alcohol is not permitted on-site without prior approval and appropriate licensing. Please note this on your application if applicable.

Free parking is available in the Stadium Park Plaza parking structure. When not reserved for vendors, a few spots are also available beneath the Pavilion (except those marked for SKyPAC).
