Now available to rent, the spacious, light-filled upstairs area on the same level as the commercial kitchen will be an an ideal place for hosting smaller-scale celebrations, parties, and special gatherings with families and friends.

The airy, wide open space with wood flooring will accommodate 60 people with tables and chairs.

The upstairs event space in the brick building next to the pavilion provides a flexible space and the following:

Same level restrooms

How far in advance should I reserve the event space?

We recommend submitting your application at least 4 weeks in advance.

Is there a cost to rent the event space?

Use of the space will incur an hourly fee (minimum: 2 hours). Our team will follow up after your application is submitted to discuss details.

What kind of events can the space be used for?

Birthday parties, baby or wedding showers, family gatherings, etc.

How many people can the space safely/comfortably accommodate?

With tables and chairs, the space can accommodate 60 people.

Do you provide discounted rates?

Nonprofit organizations and government entities will be given a 25% discount on the rental fee. A qualifying nonprofit organization that has obtained 501(c)(3) status must be able to provide documentation upon request.

Is outside food allowed?

Yes, food may be brought in, but there will not be access to a kichen.

Is alcohol allowed at events?

Alcohol is not permitted on-site without prior approval and appropriate licensing. Please note this on your application if applicable.
